Browsing in the Web Store
You can browse our online store as you wish without revealing your identity to familiarize yourself with our products and prices. The list of products is also our price list. All product prices are listed including VAT.
Registration To be able to shop in our online store, you must first register. During registration, you must provide the following information:
• Surname and first name
• An existing e-mail address (which has not filled up the host's storage space) because we will send the verification letter required to validate the registration, as well as any other information letter, to this address.
• Exact residential address (country, postal code, city, street, house number)
• Telephone number where our Customer Service can be reached if necessary after the order.
• Delivery address (if different from home address)
• Other data
After registration, we will send the verification letter to the specified e-mail address. By clicking on the link in it, the registration is finalized. Enter your e-mail address and password in the upper right login field and click on the arrow to log in to our online store system as a customer.
Our registered customers can change all personal data, see their shopping basket, etc. on the Personal page available after logging in. If you have any questions about registration, contact our customer service by e-mail. ( info@dutchhome.hu )
Shopping in the WebstoreFrom among the products in the product list, you can initiate the purchase by clicking the "Add to cart" button. Once the selected product has been added to the cart, you can continue shopping. You can also set the quantity on the product data sheet, but you can also change it by clicking the Cart button.
The contents of the basket can be viewed again at any time while browsing by clicking on the link of the same name on the top right. On this page, it is possible to delete a product from the basket or to empty the entire contents of the basket.
The order consists of the following steps:
- Registration
We need your data to order. Please fill in all the required fields and, if possible, the other fields as well. You will receive your registration data and codes to your specified e-mail address.
2. Check the data
On the left side you can see your data and the delivery address. Please check that the delivery address is correct, and change it if you would like to receive the ordered products elsewhere!
Before sending the order, you still have the option to change the delivery and billing address, if this is necessary.
3. Enter your delivery requests
Delivery by courier service is carried out within at least 3 working days or as desired. Please enter your delivery requests and any additional information in the text box! Our customer service will contact you by email within 1 working day after sending the order to clarify!
The order can be sent by clicking the "Send" button at the bottom of the page. If you do NOT click this button, the products will only remain in the cart and the order will NOT be sent to our customer service. Our system informs you by e-mail about the receipt of the order.
If we have any questions about the PLACED order, our employee will contact you on the phone number provided. If this does not lead to results, we will send an e-mail to the specified e-mail address. If we cannot get in touch with you, and a question arises with the order that would require consultation, then the order will NOT be sent until the consultation takes place. - The method of delivery of the products
- Personal collection:
You can also pick up in-stock or received products in our showroom at 2040, Budaörs Kinizsi utca 18. In this case, we need to arrange a pick-up time in advance so that we can prepare your package.
Collection time is possible during opening hours:
From Monday to Friday between 10.00 and 19.00 or by appointment.
- Courier service
What does the delivery include:
- The products are delivered by courier service. The courier service applies to the entire territory of Hungary. The delivery takes place within 3 days after the order or beyond, during working hours on the given day between 8:00 and 18:00 to the specified address.
• It is not possible to make a separate appointment within a given day, so please make sure that someone at the delivery address picks up the package! You can also mark your workplace as the delivery address if you are there on the given day!
• The courier service undertakes to attempt to deliver the package on the specified day, between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. If the meeting with the courier is not successful, you can inquire about the parcels at the GLS central customer service by phone. We cannot say exactly when the courier will arrive between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., and we cannot guarantee that the courier will call the phone number on the package, nor that he will take the package to another address after the customer, because the given address is currently there is no one at home (although there are couriers who accept this kindness as well). If you order a package, please send it to a place where someone can pick it up. This can also be the customer's workplace during working hours.
The "Total Payable" amount shown at the time of ordering includes all public charges (e.g. VAT) and delivery, packaging, handling and other fees. In addition, we do not charge any hidden fees.
GLS delivery (additional) conditions:
• If you are not at the specified address at the time of delivery, GLS will leave a message about the arrival of the package and try the delivery again the next day. If they are not successful the second time, the package will be returned to our online store.
• With GLS, you can request that the package be delivered again or to a different address by calling +36 29 88-66-70.
• If the second delivery is also unsuccessful, GLS will return the package to our online store. We can resend such packages ONLY by charging the shipping cost again.
• GLS is obliged to hand over the package undamaged, but in terms of its contents, it does not hand over the goods in batches. If the packaging is damaged, please report this to a GLS employee, otherwise we will not be able to accept the complaint.
• The GLS courier only delivers the package, he cannot provide information on the use of the product, please contact our Customer Service with questions.
Delivery deadlines
We can deliver products in stock within 2-3 working days, ordered products not in stock can be delivered within 2-4 weeks, if this is not possible, our customer service will notify you by e-mail or phone about which product you have to wait for. In such cases, it is possible to omit the given product from the order and send the order in this way.
We guarantee that in ALL cases we consider the interests of the Buyer to be the most important. If there is only a way and an opportunity to do so, we will process the orders quickly and precisely. Nevertheless, it may happen in some cases (e.g. if the customer does not provide a phone number and does not respond to several of our e-mails, does not answer the phone, etc.) that we cannot process the order with sufficient speed, apart from our fault. Please write your opinion, comments and complaints by e-mail. We respond to all comments and handle all cases where the order is not fulfilled due to our fault with maximum flexibility!
PaymentYou can pay in our online store using the following payment methods:
- When ordering online, with a bank card
By paying by bank card, you can shop comfortably and safely in our store. After ordering the selected goods, you will be directed to Barion's website, where you can pay with your bank card through Barion's system using the encrypted transaction currently considered the most secure by the Bank. All our customers have to do is to click on "pay by bank card" when choosing the payment method, and then enter the card number, expiration date and three-digit security code on Barion's payment server.
- With advance payment requester during the order.
If you wish to pay by bank transfer, our colleagues will send the transfer payment request to the email address you provided, based on which you can transfer the amount of the order within 8 days.
We start the order when the amount arrives on our account. After receipt of the transfer, we will send the transfer invoice by email.
Right of withdrawalIf you placed the order by mistake, you can cancel it by e-mail ( info@dutchhome.hu ) without any consequences. If we cannot fulfill the order as requested within the expected time, you can also cancel the order without consequences.
If you were unable to view your ordered product in person before placing the order, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt. In this case, you can report the problem to the email address info@dutchhome.hu by writing the order data (name, address, order number), and our colleagues will contact you.
Warranty, guaranteeFor the products we distribute, we undertake a warranty in accordance with the provisions of the legislation. The warranty applies to manufacturing defects and material defects: WE GUARANTEE that the products we sell are flawless and first class. If not, then we undertake either an exchange or a full refund in accordance with the law. The goods are delivered according to the regulations for the specific products.
The products are guaranteed for 2 years, starting from receipt and unpacking.
Money back guarantee
It happens that the product ordered in our online store is actually not what you wanted. In such cases, of course, we offer a money-back guarantee for the value of the goods, which can be enforced as follows:
1. report your dissatisfaction with the product to our Customer Service by e-mail: info@dutchhome.hu
Our 2nd employee will inform you after the consultation (retrieving the invoice, determining the value of the product, 30-day deadline) whether the product can be returned (whether the product is unopened and undamaged).
3. If you cannot return the product in person, send it as a package to the following address:

Please arrange the package shipping fee in advance, DO NOT send it back in a package charged with postage or cash on delivery, because we are NOT able to accept these.
4. When the product arrives, our employee will check its integrity and return the purchase price of the product by transfer to the bank account number you provided.
