Payment

What payment options are available?

In our online store, we offer the following payment options to our customers. Choose what is most convenient for you!

  • Cash on delivery - Pay the courier or at the parcel point with cash or bank card. (Over HUF 200,000, only bank transfer or bank card payment is possible)
  • Direct Bank Transfer - Payment directly to our bank account. Enter the order number in the comments section. Delivery takes place after receipt of the amount. Beneficiary: Dutch Home Kft. Bank account number: 12010635-01760896-00100004
  • Payment by bank card – through the Barion card acceptance system.

Convenient and safe online payment is provided by Barion Payment Zrt., MNB license number: H-EN-I-1064/2013 Bank card data does not reach our store. At the moment, we are unable to provide the opportunity to receive the ordered products in person. Our products can only be viewed and purchased in our online store.

Shipping and receiving

Can I pick up my order in person?

  • Personal collection in our showroom in Budaörs - FREE

Delivery address: 2040, Budaörs, Kinizsi utca 18.

Opening hours: Monday to Saturday from 10:00 to 19:00.

In all cases, we provide information on the possibility of personal collection, when the product can be collected.

What are the shipping methods?

  • Home delivery with GLS courier service: up to a maximum of 40 kg: HUF 1,290
  • Delivery to GLS package point: smaller home deco products: HUF 990
  • Home delivery with own courier: over 40 kg, the delivery cost can be calculated after entering the delivery address.

How long is the delivery

For products in stock, the delivery time is approx. 1-3 working days, we will inform you in detail about this in the confirmation email.

In the case of stock products in our external Dutch warehouse, the expected delivery time is 2-3 weeks, and in the case of individual orders 2-6 weeks.

Detailed information about the delivery time will always be provided after the order or you can inquire by e-mail at webshop@dutchome.hu .

Shopping process

How can I order?

Select the product you want to buy on our website and click on the product and the "Add to cart" button next to it. On the cart page that appears, you can change your order quantity or add a new product to the cart. You can finalize the change by clicking on the "Update" link. Click on the "Proceed to checkout" button and fill in the order information, or - if you have already purchased from us - log in with your e-mail address and password. Read the terms and conditions of purchase and the data protection information, if you accept them, check the relevant section at the bottom of the data sheet. Click on the "Send order" button to finalize the order. Within a few minutes, you will receive a confirmation letter about the order to the specified e-mail address. Please also check the spam folder of your e-mail account.

What should I pay attention to when receiving the package?

335/2012. (XII. 4.) Based on the amendment of Article 22, point (5) of the Government Decree, the rules for parcel delivery will change from 09.04.2014: the recipient must present his or her official identity card (identity card, driver's license, passport) before signing the receipt of the package ), and if the package is not picked up by the recipient, the legal address of the pick-up must also be provided. In the event that an authorized person receives the package instead of the recipient, a power of attorney signed by two witnesses must also be presented at the collection point
