Cancellation of order:
- In case of cancellation, you must arrange for the return of the product.
- You can express your intention to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.
- Bring the product to our store or send it back by courier.
When you can't cancel an order:
- For corporate purchases
- If you are buying custom, non-prefabricated furniture

Are you not satisfied with the product you received? You still don't like it? Would you like to return it and cancel your order? In this case, follow the steps below:
- Order/Billing name or order number, invoice number, and the name and item number of the problematic product
- Reason for complaint (damaged, defective product, etc.)
- In case of damaged goods, please send a photo of the product defect and the packaging in which the goods were received.

3. Package the product
The returned package must contain:
- the product that is the subject of the complaint
- the completed complaint form
- filler that prevents damage from occurring.
