Refund and exchange

Cancellation of order:

  • In case of cancellation, you must arrange for the return of the product.
  • You can express your intention to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.
  • Bring the product to our store or send it back by courier.

When you can't cancel an order:

  • For corporate purchases
  • If you are buying custom, non-prefabricated furniture

    Are you not satisfied with the product you received? You still don't like it? Would you like to return it and cancel your order? In this case, follow the steps below:

    1. Contact our customer service
    Write to us at webshop@dutchhome.hu . Please provide us with the following information:
    • Order/Billing name or order number, invoice number, and the name and item number of the problematic product
    • Reason for complaint (damaged, defective product, etc.)
    • In case of damaged goods, please send a photo of the product defect and the packaging in which the goods were received.

    2. Fill out the withdrawal form

    3. Package the product

    The returned package must contain:

    • the product that is the subject of the complaint
    • the completed complaint form
    • filler that prevents damage from occurring.
    4. Send/Bring the package back to us
    You can return the product that is the subject of the complaint or that you wish to return to us at the following address: 2040, Budaörs, Kinizsi utca 18.


    If you would like to return the product in person, you can drop it off at our showroom: 2040, Budaörs, Kinizsi utca 18.

    5. Processing the complaint
    Your satisfaction is the most important thing to us! We will immediately investigate the problem reported in the email and respond in writing within 30 days.
    We know that returning a large piece of furniture is not easy, so when returning these items, please always contact our customer service first at webshop@dutchhome.hu so that we can find the most suitable solution for you.
