A Falcon asztali lámpa ötlete egy dél-olaszországi bronzból öntött sólyomtól származik, amely 13. századi, és 1925-ben találták meg Olaszországban. Jelenleg a New York-i Metropolitan Museum of Art gyűjteményében található. A Hohenstaufen császárok germán dinasztiájához kapcsolódik, akik a mai Németország és Olaszország nagy részét uralták. Ez a szobor trónt vagy más bútordarabot díszíthetett. A Falcon asztali lámpa precízen készült réz-bronz bevonattal és kézzel készített lenkeverék lámpaernyővel rendelkezik.
